Whats a good BOV and flange I can get for my 2.5" intercooler piping worth around $100? I have the turbo XS RFL one right now. It seems to be junk though.

1g BOV is a great cheap one. I'm in the process of trying an HKS SSQV myself but the Greddy Type S (with upgraded diaphragm) seems to be a crowd favorite. Really depends on how much boost it'll need to handle, whether you want it adjustable and how much money you're willing to spend. Buy used if you want to save, just make sure to check it before you use it.

Get a 1g flange (or cut one off a 1g pipe), weld the flange to a 2.5" piece of pipe, and install a 1g BOV. That's what I did. Cost me about $50 when all was said and done. It might be more of you have to have a shop or someone weld it for you, but still a dirt cheap setup to hold over 25psi of boost.

Thanks guys. Yeah, Ill be running about 25psi max. I just need a BOV for that. I got my turbo xs flange tig welded to the pipe but it's still leaking around the tig weld. Just wanted something already tig welded with a BOV.
