In looking to put some strakes on my talon, I've heard that the door part is bolted in and the part on the rear quarter panel is held on with a double sided tape. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to install the entire strake using a tape or something like that, I don't really want to puncture holes in my door for them. Also, any tips on where I could find some strakes, they seem to be very rare.
Thank You

I took mine out and trashed them. I hated the way they looked. To answer your question, no they are not bolted on. All of them have clips and double sided tape. If you get the strakes you'll need to drill 3 or 4 (can't remember) holes in the door and 2 on the quarter panel if you use the clips that they come it with unless you just get some high strength double sided tape and stick it on there without drilling any holes.

Yea, scratch the holes and use 3M double sided tape.
