2G Oil Pan Issue

I have a 2G with a turbo. I just built a new motor (you can look at my pics), but having an issue with the oil pan where the turbo oil return pipe connects. The bolt won't tighten down, and wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I retap'd it, and it still won't tighten down?? Any suggestions? Thanks

1st thing I tried. I'm sure it's striped, and even tried a self taping bolt, but it won't fit into the hole. I don't want to drill it out since I just got it all back together. I tried loc tite tape, and still won't tighten. It looks like I'll have to pull the pan and re-drill/tap all of it to a larger size??

Ya honestly I would just buy a new one. Taking the oil pan off shouldn't take you much time. I would just replace it rather than trying to mess with one that's broken and probably end up having a leak in the future.

self tappers = bad idea !

replace the pan ... its cheap enough
