I’m having a similar issue. Tried a different coilpack and PTU. Went to cut/extend PTU harness so that I could bolt it to the intake manifold and white wire just fell out of the connector. De-pinned it and soldered a new wire onto the pin. Put it back together, cut/extended and bolted to the IM and nothing.
I was thinking MPI especially since I’m 95 I know they’re iffy but I have fuel I can hear the pump no problem with the key on and if I spin the CAS by hand. Part of me thinks it’s the ECU.
I just bought another ECU to test as well as a different coilpack and PTU. Hoping all three together will solve my problem.
