I was wondering, i just bought a 2g maf and i was wondering if i need a get an intake for a 2g or i can still run a 1g intake and filter?

It might be a stupid question but i just wanted to be certain

You will need to either: rig up and adapter for you factory elephant trunk, or purchase an intake from dejontool or another vendor. I have seen people using the 2g factory intake pipe as well. You cannot however use one of the injen style intake pipes. This is because it places the mas to close to the fender and you will not be able to put a filter on it.

Don't forget you will also need the plug. The 2g mas is not a direct plug and play. The best set up to get would be a 2g plug to go with the mas and a new pipe from Dejon tool. The plug will just need to be cut and spliced where the 1g plug is and go from there.

yea, i bought the plug too because i really didnt wanna splice wires, i just wanted to really wanted to know what intake to buy, thanks for letting me know though
