2g KYB AGX Shock issues?

I heard a while back that the AGX shocks had some issues with the shock body being roughly 2" too long for 2g's. Have they fixed this issue or should I just hold out on some Tokico Illuminas? I'm running tight on cash and I desperately need some shocks....

Last I heard that was still an issue but its been awhile.... I can say the Tokico Illuminas are a great shock for the money. I'd pick a set of them up if I were you.

It looks like your still at stock ride height? There's only a problem with the Agx's when the car is lowered. Did you happen to compare the agx's with the stock shocks when you installed them? To the origional poster is you car lowered or do you plan on lowering it?

I have run AGX's with lowering springs on a 95 GST and didn't have a problem at all.

Same here. I've had them on for a little over 2 years without a problem with a 2" drop.

Well it looks like they've fixed the problem with the agx's according to the posts. Has anyone actually compared the agx's to the stock shocks as far as height goes?

I didn't compare them but I did get the adjustable KYB AGX's if that makes a difference.
