I have a 96 gst and im in the process of getting it running and i need some suggestions with fuel lines because my stock line has a hole in it and what brand should i use for aftermarket lines
Length, brand, fittings
anything helps

You could either purchase this kit or buy some of the parts they use and make your own kit:

is there a way where i can get my stock fuel line fully out of my car with out dropping my subframe

I've never worked on a 2g, but on the 1g you don't have to drop any subframe. I'd be really surprised if you had to on the 2g.
i went under my car last night and my fuel lines run in between the body of the car and the passenger side subframe and is there a way to fully remove the lines and filter without dropping the subframe
