Hi quick question I've recently picked up some apillars for my spyder and I want monitor more stuff too. I've seen a 2 gauges AC vent bezel, 2 gauge steering column cover & 2 gauge cluster bezel. I've decided to get the ac and cluster bezels my gauges are gonna be 52mm but between Blox Racing and GlowShift they both have cons I just don't like.

I've tried searching to pictures to help I can't find any hi res pics

The GlowShift I really like how it's closest looking to stock but the texture straight kills it!!! And the 2 dots at the bottom I really don't like that!!! looks like the factory drilled them....

And Blox has the flat texture just like the stock oem bezel does. Doesn't have the 2 dots the GlowShift does but it completely flat around that area it doesn't curve like the OEM or GlowShift. + I've seen more GlowShift then this Blox cluster in real life

so I'm a asking if my fellow members
could post pics of both that would awesome to help me make my decision I've posted factory pics to point out the things I mentioned

P.s. the eBay one for OBX is ugly!!! :D

I got the Glowshift one from a local and it was brand new, but it needed lots of modifying to fit and secure. I had an extra stock cluster surround that I chopped up and JB welded to the back of the Glowshift pod to help secure it more like stock. I think whatever route you go, it won't have a stock fitment and will need some work to make it fit and secure. Good luck!

I have the GlowShift pod and the fit is awful, it hardly lines up and leaves large gaps. I went with the pillar pod instead. I've been trying to sell the GlowShift pod for $10 locally but nobody wants it, for good reason.

I have the OBX cluster bezel. Looks OEM, no weird textures from injection molding. Fitment is near perfect

Here is the Glowshift bezel installed. Don't mind the dust around the edges.. I had to modify it slightly to fit the way I wanted it to. I also painted it with a satin finish black to better match the interior. Honestly the holes at the bottom are not noticeable, but could be filled if I cared enough.

i bought the cluster on from Blox on ebay. had fitment issues from the get go. would not sit flush with the gauge cluster. there is about a 1/4 inch gap from the bezel to clear plastic at the cluster. contacted the seller on ebay and they gave me the run around. said screw it and left it that way. just a heads up.

Ortiz custom pods makes cluster gauge bezels too.

They are pricey, and there is around a 4 week lead time, but they make their pods from the OEM unit. So the fitment will be OEM

Sorry to jump in like this, but does anybody know if this a pillar pod will be a direct fit or will it require some drilling? Pics of fitment would be great too.
