2g fwd tsi clutch fork question.

Never used one, or knew of anyone that used one, but is has to be better than the oem one. I would like to believe that fitment wouldn't be an issue with them. If you're using a 2600lb pressure plate or higher, I think it would be a good thing to have.;)

What is the gain with the different fork? Ive never had any issues with the oem ones myself.

Thanks for the reply. Put this sucker on my car today. Good quality piece but for what ever reason it seems like I'm going to have to shim the pivot ball like a half inch. Why is that? It makes no sense. I've got a brand new clutch, brand new clutch, master cylinder brand, new slave cylinder, and this new clutch fork. Where the hell did clutch fork free play go?

Well as an update. The new pivot ball with these clutch forks are complete crap sheared off before it was even tight. It was a cheap looking material for the pivot ball. But the clutch fork worked beautifully. I only had to shim the pivot ball with a 1/4 inch spacer. And now my clutch disengages fine and engages fine. Boom problem solved for me.
