Well its almost time to start the next project changing all the bushings since most of them are pretty much non-exsistant.

But I'm unable to find the subframe bushings for the rear for a gst. Does anyone know of any place that sells them? Id like to go aluminum but I guess any could do the job. I may try and make my own if I can find dimensions has anyone taken measurements from a fwd rear subframe?

Also from anyone who has switched to aluminum has has the subframe and car held up to the solid mounts?

If it comes down to it I might try and find a rear subframe from an awd and do the swap.

I am looking for the same thing... As to the switching to aluminum mounts I don't see how it wouldn't hold up barring any damage to sub frames prior to installation. I bet there would be an increase in NVH but to what degree I'm not sure...

Talked with black_gst in private. And he informed me that the rear subframe on the gst has no bushing mounts and that it is just solid bolt on. So I guess that solves that.

As for the regular bushings I decided on prothane rather than ES but it seems I have the same problem trying to get them as I did koni and ground control. Not really available in canada. And those duty fees hurt.
