2G Front Caliper Bracket Mounting Bolt

Can someone who has a working version of CAPS/ASA verify the part number for the 2G Front Caliper Bracket Mounting Bolt? I ordered this one from STMTuned and the diameter is too big. STMTuned.

I tried looking it up a Mitsubishi parts website and it keeps directing me to bolts that fit other cars like 3g eclipse or 2g Spyder, but doesnt specifically say RS/GS/GST/GSX. So not sure if the Spyder came with the same calipers or not.

Alternatively, is there somewhere else I can get a bolt this size if I have to? Thanks

That shows to be correct - MR205902, an M12 nominal diameter bolt, 25.5mm long.

And a quick search through ASA, it appears most Mitsubishi vehicles in that time period use the same bolts.

Have you measured what you received to verify it matches those specs?

Thanks @19Eclipse90 ...The difference is obvious just by visually looking at them side-by- side. Its way to big, both length and diameter.

I asked only to verify that the caliper mounting bracket was correct / unmodified. Sounds like it is.

It would appear to me that the wrong bolt was sent, whether it was improperly labeled or simply an oversight. I would probably reach out to STM with those pictures to have them verify their product and / or supply. Definitely should be a M12 bolt and it clearly is not.

Just wanted to verify the right part number because Im going to stop by the Mitsu dealership out here and get it through them. I was just confused when looking at the mitsu warehouse websites and they didnt specifically have any of our model Eclipses listed except the Spyder.

Good deal. I would have been much more concerned had that bolt showed up in a package labeled 4605A156.
