i am looking for the o2 sensor wire in the engine bay, i have several holes drilled for my boost gauge, system wiring, and some other misc wiring and i ran my air fuel gauge to the engine bay. Ive read the other a/f installs and i dont feel comfortable messing with my ecu. I already have the wire from the a/f gauge hanging in my engine bay but i dont know which wire to tap into. Does anyone know where it is and what color it is?

i found an install where the wire is between the fuse box and the strut tower, and its white w/ black stripe inside some loom, but i dont have that wire. Maybe if someone could tell me the color of the wire they spliced into on the ecu and i can find the same in the engine bay.

thanks.

Well. If I understand you correctly, your 02 sensor wire is located right ontop of your heat shield. It's that black wire that's tucked into the "hooks." I didn't install my AF gauge into the ECU, I simply just spliced it into the BLUE wire (I think it's a blue wire at least) located within the 02 sensor wire. There should be a couple other white wires. So if the blue one is the only one, then splice it into there. But yeah, that should power your A/F gauge up. Good luck.

hey it worked! i just installed it a couple minutes ago and it seems to be doing okay... lets see if it works while im driving it...

but anyway, thanks for your help dude
