Calgary,
I have done my fair share of research and havent found what I was looking for so I am starting a new thread. Just wondering if it is possible to squeeze out the coil pack on a 2g without taking out the fuel rail. Has anyone done it? In previous threads there hasnt been an answer for this question. Thankyou!

I know. My car has been parked for the winter months and is dead. Dont have a charger and would have to push it outside to boost it. Not together yet either so that wouldnt work. Need a way to release the fuel pressure so was trying to avoid it? Besides I hate messing around with those stupid spacers.

If it's been sitting for months, very little fuel should come out if you take the lines off.

You shouldn't even have to take the lines off - just unbolt the rail and pull it up out of the way a little bit. But ya, those spacers are annoying. Next time you have to install the fuel rail use a little dab of RTV to hold the spacers to the head.
