Niagara,
Hey I did a quick search and came up empty.

I'm wondering whether the 2g caliper brackets are the same for the single piston NT calipers and the TSi/AWD dual piston calipers.

The reason I ask is because I want to upgrade my front brakes on my NT from the single pistons to the duals from a 2g Tsi.

Please let me know. I would also like to hear from someone who has done this to their NT. Link his/her post if you know it! Thanks

As said above, they're not the same size. Dual pot are going to be undoubtedly bigger when you increase caliper and rotor size. The only similarities single and dual pot calipers are going to share is same bracket mounting location on the knuckle and possibly brake lines if you make sure you get banjo bolt fittings which you should if it comes off a GSX and not a Stealth.

I've done the conversion twice now and once you have all the parts needed very simple and straight forward.

Technically you could use your old rotors with the new calipers and new pads but the rotor isn't going to make contact with 100% of the pad. You're going to mess the pads up for sure and probably cause uneven wear on the rotor as well.
