2G 2G AWD Manual to Automatic Swap, Questions? Parts?

Alright I have a 1997 Eagle Talon TSi AWD that is currently 5 speed. I am really interested in swapping to auto now from what I have collected I will need:

-Transmission (duh)
-Shifter with Cables
-Rear Differential
-Transfer Case
-TCU

Now.. what else will I need? Are the axles and driveshaft the same? Also I know I will need the TCU but is there a seperate wiring harness for that or what do I need to do??

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

There is a Diffrent wiring harness and you will need the tcu..as for the Axles some fit and some don't mine did when i went from auto to standard. need the shifter assembly..

i have a bunch of parts left over if you need anything let me know..

PM me with what you have and prices, and is the wiring harness mixed in with the ecu harness or is it completely seperate?

Thread is kinda old, but does anyone know of any good write ups, or a list of parts.
I would assume for us guys going from manual to auto, there would be plenty of guys wanting to trade or swap parts.

Yah Im almost done with my swap, im pretty much just waiting on my trans to show up. But parts I know that are for sure needed when swapping to auto are:

-Transmission (duh)
-Shifter w/Cables
-New ECU or some way to control trans
-Transfer Case
-Rear Differential (different gear ratio)

Ill update when Im done with the swap, but im pretty sure all the axles and driveshaft are interchangeable.

Yea I am FWD so no Xcase or rear.
Plus pedals.
As far as electrical, if I swapped someone computers, thats all that needs to be done correct?
Trans cooler as well, but with my fmic, it'll fit nice in the stcok ic location.

Are there any write ups?
I know there is one for auto to manual but...

You dont need new pedals.. if you want to you can either remove the clutch pedal assembly all together or just push it all the way to the floor and put the floor mat over it.

This thread has aged but... besides the parts listed, is there anything else? Mounts, wiring harness, etc?
Is there any DETAILED write-ups on it?
