Resolved 2G - ARP Studs dont seem right

I am doing a 4g64 to 4g63 head swap.
I got a set of ARP studs part 207-5401.

They just do not seem right to me. They seem short and are not thick enough.
If hand tightened all the way, there is no thread left for the nut with the head on. Also they are wiggly when through the head, quite thin compared to stock bolts.

Did i get an incorrect ARP set?

Just realized there are main studs, not head studs.. Im a derp!
