2G 3kGT Runs 10 minutes then dies

Good evening I have a 98 3000gt new engine installed sometimes it cranks and runs perfect but only about 10 minutes then dies once it cools down it starts right back up runs a bit more then dies. Then sometime it won’t run at all it has spark when this happens and weak injector pulse with noid light when it dies it has no injector pulse but fire it has new fuel pump new regulator new injectors new cam and crank sensor but those 2 are aftermarket does anyone have any ideas I know older ones had issues with ECMs
