And its not the right turbine housing for an Eclipse. I don't see how they can use 6SL2 in their ad since it is for an FP turbine wheel.

i think they just slap what ever names onto whatever turbo they have lying around. dont get that it use the money for something worth while not a head ache

td06sl2 is a mitsubishi turbine designation, just like td05h.

I don't think I'd want that on my car. I've heard bad stories about ebay turbos. Theres a reason a decent turbo costs a lot of money.

Not all ebay turbos break. I ran one for 11k miles before it went bad. All it needed was a differest waste gate. But none the less I'd rather buy a genuine part

td06sl2 is a mitsubishi turbine designation, just like td05h.

Neither FP nor Mitsu builds the 6SL2 turbine.

That's not even close to looking like a 20G compressor wheel....I'd love to know what the actual spec was.

Here's an actual 20G compressor- notice how the front of the blades are "arched" rather than being straight like the one shown above:

This is a common trait among Chinese turbos....using numbers to describe a turbo that is nothing like it's description. For instance, I rebuilt an eBay "50-trim" for a customer the other week, and the wheel wasn't even close to being a 50-trim spec....it was more like a 46-trim, although I have Garrett 46-trim compressors here and the Garrett wheel's blade contour didn't fit the knockoff compressor housing.

It's a throwaway turbo at best. Use it until it blows, then throw it away.
