Hi, first off i have a standard tdo5h 20g, ive searched quite a bit to find a 20g hotside that will mount to my t3 exhaust manifold while still mounting to the stock o2 housing, but it doesnt seem like anything exists for this.

This adapter flange is the only thing i can find that doesnt seem half bad to fulfill what i want done, but still this isnt a turbine housing obviously it just gets the job done without changing hotsides. :hmm: DSM 1g/2g 16G TDO4 Mitsubishi Turbo Flange Countersunk adapter to T3 Undivided | eBay

I was still hoping to find a true bolt up turbine housing though.

--There was a thread about this same thing awhile back but it seemed that the only t3 turbine housing for the 20g had a slightly differant bolt pattern and only used 3 bolts instead of the standard 4 leaving the flapper exposed. This would mean buying a differant or custom o2 housing to mate up with it. (ill post thread if i can find it again)

--bullseye might have something but i cant get ahold of them. Bullseye Power Turbos

--the bastard 20g i believe had a 10cm t3 hotside, but im not sure if it mated to stock o2 housing and might of been vband like this. 10cm Turbine Housing T3 Flange MHI TD06H TE06H Turbo | eBay
plus this turbine housing requires a bigger tdo6 type turbine wheel.

If anyone has any info on this or knows where i could buy one please chime in! thx. :thumb:

just to help people out if anyone ever has this issue i found the older thread. the tdo5h turbine wheel wont work with any t3 turbine housing avail as they were only made for and beginning with the tdo6 wheels. Though this isnt exactly correct as there was a t3 8cm turbine housing used for a tdo5h wheel but they are very rare it seems. here is the old thread http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/turbo-system-tech/386339-any-thoughts-fp-td05h-20g-2.html

The 8cm housing is from a sy/ty.. It's td06 however. Hahn made a "super" 16g that has a 10cm housing with the td05h turbine. Someone made some td06h 10cm housings. I don't believe they are factory Mitsubishi housings though. I'm sure one of the turbo guru's can help us out.

I think you will need to run an external gate. They do make a bolt on flange that has a 3" vband on it.

FP used to sell a TD05H-20G in it's native T3 flanged exhaust housing for like $539 a couple years ago. I'm sure plenty of people bought them and swapped on 7cm bolt-on housings, it shouldn't be too hard to find someone that has one laying around. In answer to your question, those MHI T3 housings won't bolt to a stock DSM type o2 housing. BEP did, however, cast a T3 inlet, bolt-on outlet housing awhile back, but it looks like they never made it for MHI CHRAs.
