just got my rebuild kit for my AWD,, and it came with 20over pistons,,, the block is stock, so i am sure i can have it bored to fit them, but what about head gasket,, with a 20 over bore i need to get a what a 86. head gasket?? and will there be any real advantage to 20 over, ?

yeah, it a topline rebuild kit, just i order standard, and i got 20 over piston and rings, i plan on still using them ### i would like to know the bore is true,, had it honed, but i didnt like the marks that were felt in it,,

Most of your standard Cometic and Mitsubishi head gaskets have enough room on them for .020 overbore. Just buy a Mitsubishi MLS or Cometic and you'll be okay.

On my last talon, it was .020" over and I used the Mitsu mls gasket with no issues.
