my car shows knock on dsmlink no matter what. This is what i have done to try to fix the problem.

1. thought it was the fuel injectors. replace the 550 with 880.
2. checked the timing dozens of times.
3. new spark plugs dozens of time.
4. propain injecection.
5. tested for boost leaks dozens of times.
6. bought a wide band o2.
7. tried gas from many different gas stations.
8. new oem knock sensor.
9. check compression 160-160-150-150

now if i run race gas, everything seems fine.

my mods for my 97 gsx are e16g.6bolt.2g head.1g rods.2g pistons.web cams.small greddy fmic. and more here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/569551.

here are many logs of my car on dsmlink.

Did you make sure that you torqued the knock sensor to factory specs? An over torqued knock sensor can cause phanton knock.

Is you knock real or is it phantom knock? What happened when you ran the race gas? You aren't using Platinum plugs are you? What gap are you running on the plugs?

I torqued the knock sensor to factory specs, twice. i went back to make sure. When i put c16 in, it showed no knock on dsmlink. i am usung nkg-7.

i have run apr from 9.0 to 12.0 and that makes a only a very small change. my LTFT's are in the right area.

I am not able to see your log's becuase I am not a dsmlink user .....but

I know it's a shot in the wind but could your front mount intercooler be to small and causing you to blow hot air into the motor ?
Do you have a laser temp gun to shoot at the FMIC after a pull ?

Also is there anyway you can post your logs here ?

Also how many PSI are you running

here is one log. i have plenty more

im actually dealing with a customers 1g, with this exact problem. one thing i noticed that helped the knock on that car was adding a catch can, kept a lot of the oil out of the ic system. seemed to help a lot, but im having a new chip burnt so that the timing maps are a little different. Have you tried other ecu's?

One additional item that may be worth investigating is to verify that your fuel pressure regulator is working properly - verify that your fuel pressure is rising 1:1 with manifold pressure. Also check that your base fuel pressure is close to 43.5 psi. If you find any fuel pressure irregularities, this may indicate a problem with your fuel pump and/or fuel pressure regulator. Lastly, replacing your fuel filter may be worth a try. Although a fuel pressure problem should be noticeable on your wideband O2, it wouldn't hurt to verify fuel pressure directly.

An idea. Today I was going nuts trying to tune and finding that I had to take timing super low and even pig rich would see knock. What the heck. Seemed to be getting it with huge intercooler and even at like 18psi. Now checked engine and was down about a full quart.
Topped up the oil and no knock. I tuned it leaner and upped the timing although did go back to 15psi from 18 for right now. I even could put my timing past default 2g settings and I put afr at like 11 to 1. Car is fast with no knock and the higher timing and leaned out. Now will try to go back up to 20 or so or wait to install my alc injection so sure can run higher timing and leaner. So maybe you are low on oil when you are getting your knock? I think my engine maybe is extra noisy. I have 3 g lifters but have stage 3 cams.

Do you have your stock crank pulley? Try swapping that back on and see if that helps any. I don't trust not having a dampener on my crank. If you have a lightweight flywheel it just magnifies the crank twisting pulsations. It's possible it could be getting picked up by the knock sensor. My buddies car was pretty much the same way. Couldn't do anything to stop knock past a certain RPM, but his knock sensor was old and bad. So just turned it off in DSMLink and put a safe tune with 11.2 AFR on the WB. Car ran until it was envolved in an accident.
