2 trans fluid questions a/t and m/t

1st what fluid do i use for an auto fluid tried google and manual comes up ..Tsi it will be driven hard for fun before a rebuild

2nd ..For the car in my profile i guess its called ...Just installed an act 6 puck ridged race disk ..N/t transmission , will be used for track , will be pushing it hard to find its breaking point ..

after talking to a guy on the forum here i am going to.use redline in my manual tranny.use redline mt 90 from what the guy said most of the gear oils madebtoday arent up to spec for are trannys..good luck finfing it in a store though.i have to.order it online...and as far as the auto.i have no clue i have never ran an auto

I run napa auto trans fluid in my trans it's all good. Best upgrade is a nice aftermarket trans cooler.

ATF+4 is the recommended ATF for DSM's.

A shop put generic ATF in my 98 Talon (before billet Torque Converter) and it developed TC shudder. A change to ATF+4 cured it.
