The airflow will be higher, but it's almost the same thing as just turning the boost up on a stock engine. There is a small amount of headroom within which you can operate. If you're concerned, just remember that you'll hit fuel cut on the stock ECU when the ECU thinks you're running too much airflow per revolution. If you end up battling fuel cut on just wastegate pressure, then you can start moving towards tuning (and fuel) mods.
