what else do i need for this kit

I would try and find a .020 over pistons bore before i ever think about .040

Other than block machining, thats all you need for the bottom end internals...

If your trying to go stroker, your going to need a 100mm Crank or OEM 4g64 Crank

If not, depending on your goals, Eagle rods/wiseco pistons are a very proven combination

2.3's are the hotness... i can tell you right now that the kit from ebay is not good for 1000hp...

I believe theres no difference in the Turbo and N/T Cranks but lemme check real quick just in case..

Id personally run lower compression for higher boost, but if 20psi is the most you wanna see then 9:1 is ok

Did some searching and theres no difference in N/T and Turbo cranks (1g that is)

You know that the stroker motor still flows 10% more air at both motors' limiting rpms based on tensile stress to the rod bolts. If the safe limit for the stock rod bolts for the 4g63 is 8K then that same tensile force on the g4cs (2.4) rod bolts is at 7.4K. The 2.4 is moving 8880L/min and the 4g63 is moving 8000L/min.

Take your crank to a machine shop and have them check it... minimum they will polish it, if it requires to get cut, then i would get a new one...

If everything checks out ok, i would suggest getting the rotary assembly balanced

Turbo and non turbo cranks are the same in a 4G63. In a FWD I would shy away from the 2.3, you will have nothing but wheel spin. Stick with a 2.0 and go with the 9:1 compression.

normally i would agree with this, but at his boost level goals i doubt its nothing some good old Mickeys or any drag radial cant fix ...
