2.3L stroker kit??

hey guys I had a quick question about the 2.3L stroker kit. How are they stroking it? Are they grinding the hell out of the crank or are they useing totally different rods? Heres the kit i'm talking about http://carshop.carshopinc.com/product_info.php/products_id/59245/CS23KIT

It uses a stock crank out of a 4g64 (2.4L) engine. It swaps directly in, and has a 100mm stroke as opposed to the stock 88mm stroke. You need different pistons with the wrist pins moved up 6mm to use this crankshaft, and there is some minor clearancing of the block that must be done.
