My mbc was taken off my car and I ran the vaccum hoses back to the inake, and the wastegate from the wastegate solenoid, and now when I'm in third forth and fifth(not in first or second) my car will go all the way to 2.0 bars and hit fuel cut at like 4,200 rpm. Anyone with any idea of why after putting it back to stock it would do this?????

Sounds like some SERIOUS boost creep to me. Does your 16G have a 34mm flapper or the regular 31mm?

Your positive you hooked up the wastegate up correctly?

If it were set back to stock, you should only boost 10ish psi, and probably creep up to 16psi or so, but theres no reason you would creep all the way up to 30psi at just 4200 rpms.

First thing I would do is check to be sure the wastegate is still getting vacuum, otherwise it wont open and you'll just keep spooling that turbo.

Damn 29psi, is that a joke WTF
I would stay off the gas until the problem gets fixed

If he means 2.0 bars as the metric unit...no, that isn't a joke.
Unless hes trying to gauge the meter by telling us how many bars its moving on the stock gauge :)

Describe exactly how you re-install the bcs, tell us everything. For example:

My mbc was taken off my car and I ran the vaccum hoses back to the inake
Intake what? Manifold or pipe? Be as detail as you can. Were you having problems with the mbc as well?

Wow, did it feel nice to spool that biatch to 2.0 bars :thumb: But it sucks that the problem is fixed what I didnt do is T the vaccum line coming off the wastegate with nipple on my licp and attatched to the bottom nipple of the wastegate solenoid. And the top nipple on the wastgate solenoid is going to the hole on the intake of the the turbo. so it looks like the pic attatched

ok... that looks really wrong..... really really wrong...what you want is a sorce of boost going through the mbc to the wastegate... you dont need the bcs (what you labled wastegate solinoid it looks like...) and just cap off all the boost sorces you dont use and the end on the intake pipe that you wont be using any more...

How so? Which picture are you talking about?

Picture #1 is exactly how stock is hooked up, bcs will allow you to boost about 1-3psi above the actuator spring rating. Picture #2 by Paul is bypassing the bcs running at exactly the actuator rating but make sure to cap off the nipple on the intake pipe.

gSx_r1der, if you want to reinstall the mbc, connect the compressor nipple to the mbc nipple inline but opposite to the adjustment knob and the bottom nipple goes to the actuator then of course cap off the nipple on the intake. This only applies to ball/spring type mbc, the TurboXS bleeder would be the opposite.

Alright well today I was fucing around and recording it and heres what happend, first I hit fuel cut in the top of third, actually it was like 5.2k and I shifted to forth and I got another fuel cut kind of a jump from my car, come to find out a vaccum hose popped off, no biggie. Then when I pulled over to fix the hose and check to ensure all of the other hoses are fixed I cant go wot with out the boost going to 2.0 bars. It just spools(2.0 bars) at like 4k. I dont know if this is a sign that I blew my turbo or if my actuator is fuced all to hell. Anyone got any ideas?? By the way here is the video below.

The video wouldn't load for me.

1. Are you running with mbc, bcs or nothing? A lot of suggestions have been made since your last post and you didn't address any of them.

2. Do you have all out boost or boost creep?

Test run with Paul's configuration and tell us what happen. Let's use psi instead of bar if you can, old people don't like converting numbers. :) Make sure you cap off the nipple on the intake pipe coming from the bcs.

I test ran with paul config and with the mbc hooked up properly and screwed all the way down to no boost and still the turbo spools goes all the way up on my boost gauge. wtf  I did something in that video that changed my car from being normal to stupid.

That means the actuator isn't moving. Apply compressed air directly to the actuator nipple to confirm the actuator is defective. Also make sure all vacuum hoses used are not old and leaky.

If i apply compressed air to it how would I know if its bad or not??

Once you reach the spring rating of 8-10psi, the actuator arm should extend itself and open the wastegate flapper attached to the other end of the arm.
