Hi,

I was just looking for any info anybuddy had on upgradig the headlights on my 1990 Talon. I want to upgrade the headlights becasue I am going to be getting rid of the fog lights do to a large intercooler, and the stock headlights are not that good. I do not want difffernt colors and stuff like that or ones that look nice I just want to upgrade them to make them brighter. Thanks a lot.

i know this is old but for those who still care...

i had the hella housings and piaa plasma's as well as piaa super whites at one point. hella housings were TOTALLY the way to go. matter of fact i tried to fit them in my wrenches 1g but they were a little too tall. anyways, the hellas are better because they're designed to reflect the light and make the road better. those cheaper housings suck. a lot of them have plastic reflectors that arent as clear. the hella's are glass. also on a side note for the bulbs. the silverstars are great. piaa are pretty good, but overly expensive. if i were you, id save, and buy the hella hid kit. that would be tits.

late,
D

Very cheap and easy way ... if you just only want to brighten your headlamps up is just to use mothers metal polish ( that is to say if they as most will be somewhat dingey over the years mothers metal polish will do a great job)i did this and it worked great.
hope this helps: Chuck
