It had a 2g maf with 1g injectors when i bought it... but since then i replaced it with a 1g maf

I would check the compression. Being that you had the 2g maf with the 450cc injectors it was running pretty lean.

And if its not good what would be my best bet??

Depends on what is causing the compression. Could be melted pistons, bad ring lands, bad rings, bad head gasket, or bad valves. You won't know for sure whether or not it is an issue until you check it out though. I would also check or spark and fuel while you are at it.

Compression test would be your best bet. Don't do the stupid thing I did and notice the problem and think "it will be ok for now" and keep driving it. Or put a Bandaid on it. Never our seafoam in your oil did that when I changed the oil next morning snapped a wrist pin throwing the rod through the block. Good luck man

Engine sounds healthy in the vid. Tries to idle at what looks like 300 rpm. Bad maf, loose maf connector, boost leak, broken/cracked vaccume lines, unrecirculated b.o.v., misadjusted t.p.s., misadjusted b.I.s.s., bad I.s.c., can all contribute to what your experiencing.
Just a few places to start.
