Just bough a 1g 1992 plymouth laser rs awd with the vacuum lines removed and had a few questions, what does it do if it was removed and will it effect emissions and what is the point of it?

What so you mean by removed? Like are they unplugged and don't know where to put them or are there no vacuume lines..if they are just unplugged and don't know where they go, then its a boost leak and it'll affect your cars driveability. If they are completely removed and done right then its cool. The point? , to make engine bay look cleaner and less chance of having a boost leak. Emissions?, yes it'll affect emissions if you try and get a smog

If its what I thnk your getting at:
All the lines should have a colour going through them but 1.
Red- goes to P
Green- goes to E
Yellow- A1
All Black- A2
