:thumb: SO I'm James, I just got my 93 Tsi from another guy on Craig's list and for the most part the car was taken care of. It has 123,000mi and it's Auto:boring: The guy I bought it from put a k&n filter a 3in down pipe to a straight pipe (No CAT), n finally a 2 1/2in cat back. He also mentioned the turbo is a 16g off a GSX along with 450cc injectors, a altanator, and new radiator.

All in all I think I got it for a steal even tho I had to dump money into it after 2wks. I replaced a d/s rotor, both front pads, and a synthetic oil change, plus labor and a full tank of gas LOL.

Anywayz I need help either explained or Photo if avail! for the removal of vaccume lines off of the throttle body. I tried reading the taboo but I cant figure it out for anything, I tried the keyword search, but my computer wont load the page. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm a noob to dsm, and only slightly advanced in some mechanics:cry: I already know where the throttle body is but I noticed as I follow the lines, they split twice, do I pull all of the lines n cap them all or do I have to at all? PLEASE HELP THIS DSM NOOB!

all the things that the lines lead to are just pointless emission crap. remove the 4 lines off the throttle body and cap them. remove the emission devices that the lines lead to. cleans up the egnine bay nicely.:thumb:
