ok so i just got my set of Prothane 1g mounts and i had to figure out the hard way that the front and rear mounts are different on an automatic. Lucky me Prothane dosen't sell auto trans mounts, so my question is what do i have to do to make manual mounts fit an auto? Can i just get a set of mounts off of a manual and put my inserts in those or will manual mounts not work in an auto car? :banghead:

Someone please help me how do i get 1g manual inserts to fit an auto mount

I know the mounts must go with their respective brackets. ei, front manual mount only work with manual bracket, same for rear. driver mounts is the same, and despite the fact I had a auto I put a manual in, I don't know the trans mount differences. My auto I had prothanes in the drivers, trans, and rear, and a oem front one due to this same issue.

A bit late to the party, I know.
