Hey guys I just bought a 92 talon TSI AWD w/ a fully rebuilt motor and some odds and ends that come with buying into the DSM tuner world.. So first off the things I need help with.. The auto seat belt on the driver side is stuck in the disengaged position and keeps clicking and not moving.. It in turn drained my battery.. Any ideas?

It is stuck in the off position towards the dash.. It will just click to engage and not do anything. If I try to pull it manually back it only goes a few inches and then will go back to the off position.

Is there anyway to turn the power to it off with out turning off the passenger one?? I need this thing to stop killing my battery

Also an easy way to pull it all the way back to the on or engaged position and lock it in there and just click the seatbelt on and off

Does anyone have a pic of the fuse location? I have the Haynes manual and it has nothing about automatic seatbelts in it

When you say it just keeps clicking, do you mean the drive unit that powers the belt is faulty, or the belt guide/rail is physically jammed?
Like someone said above, disabling the unit for now sounds like the more convenient solution.

The fuse box you're looking for is below the steering wheel, just left of the clutch pedal, if you haven't already found it. Looking at the Chrysler shop manual (which I highly recommend picking up off ebay for around $15), automatic seat belt section, it'll be a 10 amp fuse.

From memory, there is a 10A with a picture of a seatbelt, but that's just the buzzer. I think the one you're shooting for will be labeled "room" or "belt".

I'll try and remember to double check tomorrow before I leave for work.

I'm not real sure what is causing it. The guy I bought it from said he never used it but it worked. I have done some searching and found a couple different things could be the culprit. I will be troubleshooting and hopefully getting inspected and registers today.. Wish me luck

I pulled the room fuse and nothing changed.. I don't see a belt fuse.. I can pull it almost all the way back manually but as soon as I let it go it pulls it back down

Please help me out guys my I can't afford a new battery every 2 days where could the fuse be??? It's driving me crazy

buy a battery charger for walmart, they are cheap and will keep the battery charged or you can recharge a dead battery. also buy a haynes manual and it should give you the layout and descriptions of your fuse panel

There is a spot in the lower rear panel that you can remove a cover, insert an allen-wrench (5mm I believe) and turn it to return the belt to the engaged position. At least this way, you can still manually connect the belt while the fuse it out. It also might reset it.
