Okay well lets just say I had a "RE-RE" moment when I ordered my muffler. When I ordered my muffler I had thought that the inlet size was 2.25", but when I got it and looked at my invoice I noticed that it was a 3" inlet:ohdamn:. Now for my question, will the 3" inlet hurt my n/t? As well with the HP/torque gains or losses.

3" piping would hurt on your n/t. If only the muffler entrance is 3" I dont think you will notice anything.

Well the rest of the piping for my exhaust is 2.25". I was just wondering if the 3" inlet would cause any problems. Oh BTW my new muffler is a Vibrant dual 3" tip out painted flat black. I was wanting to get rid of my fart cannon but someone already did it for me( some a**hole cut it off/stole ) before I had the chance to do it myself.
