1g intercooler on a 2g?

Would it be possible to run an intercooler for a 1g (vrsf specifically) on a 2g? I can see the difference between the two on the website but will it work anyway? i have a 6bolt in a 97 talon.

If your buying the fmic kit from vrsf get the 2g option.

Evo intercooler a work also depending on your goals and stuff.. But making the piping can be a pain in the butt.
