1g Intake Mani Vs. Cyclone

I was looking at using the Cyclone intake manifold on my 1g Talon. I dont know much about the Cyclone intake manifold other than there is a second set of runners controlled by a butterfly valve that opens during WOT. Are there any performace gains i could expect from swapping my current stock 1g intake manifold with the cyclone?? What about pros/cons?? Is there any additional or modification to parts needed to install?? Your input is greatly appriciated, thanks alot.

Looks like you lose some torque but gain some HP. I guess it probably depends on what the car will be used for and how it's driven most of the time.
