1g in a 2g plus afc help

OK I have gone through all through all the forums and pages on AFC tuning, but I am still having problems, I keep getting a fuel trim malfunction code and seem to be running lean (by the brazing on my exhaust tip) I have a six bolt swap, with CAS set almost all the way advanced, thats the only way it runs smooth. I have the Nology PDA dyno and cant get the fuel trims to set right. My current AFC settings are: L:1=29, 2=9, 3 to 6.5=6. H:1-6.5=6 at low throttle I am lean if I get into the boost I am rich, but its the low throttle cruising that gets me scared about being too lean.

Your on the stock injectors....set the S-afc to 0.

If I set it to 0 it stalls out, oh side honeycombs out too.
