1G head in 2G quick question

I thought i remembered reading somewhere that if you put a 1G head (7bolt) on a 2G car, some parts will not line up (maybe the mani or tb?). I about to buy a used 1G head for my car as my 2g Warped and just wanna make sure everything fits....

Assuming you are using the 1g manifold as well, it bolts up to everything just fine. You should get a 1g throttle body as well and port match the 2g throttle body elbow to open things up a bit. You will also need to do some CAS modification, here is the link to help you.
