Sup fellow dsm'ers..

I'm stomped. I've Google searched any help but I'm at a dead end. This is my first turbo car so it really doesn't help that I have no previous experience with them..

My 1g bogs pretty bad under WOT. I'm at 8 psi. If I floor it I don't feel the car accelerating, in fact, it feel slouchy . If I floor it, and let the boost creep down to around 5 psi the car pulls nicely. Help plz :(

What turbo and why only 8psi? Stock boost on a 1g is 14psi. Have you done a boost leak test yet? Could be your super rich with the stock map at only 8psi. What else have you checked? When's the last time It was tuned up?

I bought this car after being sitting for 3 years. The kid who bought it off the owner got rid of it as soon as he saw back fees, clutch problems, and cv joint weres done. So i cant ask those questions to the old actual owner.I fixed all that but haven't had much time to get thru it entirely. The car looks like a Virgin. So I automatically assumed a 14b. Leak test I did before when I realized the bliss screw was missing. Since then, I really haven't done much due to work.
