No the rearend is way differant in a 1g a 2g yes for the most part

I know a 2g isnt involved in it i was simply saying the people that swap (all though not from awd to fwd) are 2g guys

Yes it can be ddone on a 1g but you would be better off buy (assuming your situation) a new awd rearend

If your thinking you can keep awd and use fwd rearend not gonna happen they are so differant its not even funny a fwd is a solid axel all the way across and an awd is the center subfrme and aarms coming off of it for true independant suspenssion
