Resolved 1G exhaust pops alot

Ok when this promlem first started it would only do it every now and then, then it got more and more frequent to where it now never stops. My exaust pops alot now because of unburned fuel im guessing. Well when i start my car it idles just fine but when i start going it goes but feels kind of hesitant. When I get on the gas it feels as if im towing another car behind me, the car doesnt take off like it normally does. The turbo spools up and blows off just fine. I recently had some misfire issues so i changed all my plugs, wires, transistor, coils and CAS, andCPS, It ended up being the wire going from the transistor to the coil pack was fused and melted together with the transistor wire for cylinders 2 and 3. So its not an ignition problem because all the parts are new and working correctly. I got a new ecu as well. I preformed a boost leak check and fixed every boost leak so thats not the problem either.

What else could this be? EGR? TPS? Wastegate maybe? Im not sure and am completely stumped, so any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This car is a 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Mods:
SAFC II
Greddy RS BOV
3 inch catback exhaust (no cat)
stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel
1g tranny with 2g internals
fmic
and i believe thats it.
turbo has no shaft play and spins freely so thats not the problem

Thanks for your help you were right. I checked the wires for the afc and the o2 wire was cut right where it goes into the ecu. I fixed that and the car runs great. Thanks alot.
have you looked at your fuel system lately, alot of people assume they are getting gas b/c it runs....could be as simple as a nasty ass fuel filter, clogged injectors or your fuel pump could be slowly but surely dying on you and when you gas it the flow is not constant and messing with your car. Hope it helps
 
Well i just changed the fuel filter and the pump is only a couple months old (its a 255) I mean my exhaust smells real bad like gas when i get out before the turbo timer shuts off. Could it be that fuel relay thing next to the ECU?
 
Thats what i thought to begin with so i put all the fuel trims back to 0 and there wasnt any difference
 
Check all your wires for your afc way be they came lose or something. Maybe a it may be a bad o2.
