1G DSM I am looking at buying

Here are the specs, once again I am fairly noob to anything other than basic 16g turbo upgrades etc. this is $4200 and I may look at it tomorrow, however need some opinions on this build and how it looks.....

I have a 1990 talon tsi 5 spd awd for sale. It has a 20g,880cc injectors,afpr,3g maf,k&n fipk,stainless polished intake,3"turbo back exhaust with magnaflow muffler,E.T.S. race fmic,tial 38mm external wastegate,greddy rs bov,forged pistons,1g rods,kiggly valve springs,3g lifters,chipped eprom ecu tuned on a e-85 and pump gas fual map chip,catch can,adjustable coilovers and shocks,4 bolt differential,17" advanti wheels,centerforce stage 3 clutch,stainless clutch,brake and turbo oil lines,aem w\b,hks boost gauge,egt gauge,currently has about 28k miles on complete rebuild. Its pretty quick,hit 349 whp and 337tq on the last dyno pulls but has alot of improvements since then. Should be around 400 whp or more currently. Drives amazing and is 8 of 10 exterior and interior,very clean 1g dsm Just looking for a new project to complete this winter.

youd be hard pressed to beat that yourself. if it drives fine, has a ton of reciepts, and is clean (I guess its ok to not worry about mileage at this point...) then I would say go for it. MAybe try to negotiate, but keep in mind its "value"
