Resolved 1G cyl four running very lean (burned plug)

My talon is running very lean on cyl four (farthest drivers side) burned the ground strap off the plug. All other cyls work fine. I took the injector from cyl two and tried in on cyl four to test the injector, two worked fine but four still worked like crap, so I used my noid lights im getting an injector pulse I am assuming its on time but I have no way of testing. The only mods to the car are headers and a 16g turbo but boost is stock timing stock everyhing is stock. any one have any ideas?

I figuired it out, no compression at all in cyl 4
