I made the head lights from Navigator off road fog lights, and the projectors are from a Chrysler. It was pretty simple all I had to do was bake the lights to loosen the silicon so I could get inside, and then fabricate a mount to hold the projector lens. The mounting of the light was very complicated to fabricate because I cut out all of the original support intill it was just the hinge to hold the eyelid. Right now when you are close up it looks strange because there is not shroud surrounding the light, I will be making one later on. Here are some pics of the set up, I will add more when the sun goes down.

How is the light projection? Do you have a good spread that is not aimed to high? Looks pretty good thus far!

The light is projected in a short but very wide beam and is at a low level because my car is lowered. The beam spreads out very far and lights up the fields on both side of the road near my house. Here are some more pictures of them at night.

way cool ! I think there should be more options available for lighting on our cars. Or maybe we all should be more creative like you. I wanna do something for clear taillights on 1g talons

They might not be aim 100%, but they are way better then most DIY HID projects I have seen. If you can get your passenger light aimed a little further down, I think you might be golden!

Good Work!
