1g CAS in my 99 spyder gst

I'm putting a 1g CAS on my 99 gst spyder. the motor is a 7bolt but I know it
's not a 99 style
I'm stuck on the part that gets wired up to the cam angle sensor.
My 99 has the wiring for the cas on the left side of the motor. (not on the top right)
I think I got the part that gets wired up to the crank sensor correct
but what about the part that gets wired up to the cas- how come only the blue wire is used. I'm trying to go off this rre diagram. If I do it the 97-99 style do I have to swap out any injector plugs or wire anything up to the ECU?

...why are you putting a 1G CAS in your 2G motor?

This isn't an upgrade, it's just a requirement if you are going to use a 1G head.

I HAD A 1G CAS ON MY 7BOLT 2G... IT WORKED FINE AND COULD ADJUST MY TIMING TO GET THE MOST OUT OF MY TURBO...!!! alot of people do it...!!! use the search button... im pretty sure youll find it

Awesome, you can still do the same thing with your 2G.

Well that is very important information to leave out. So this is a 95-96 motor?

i used this exact one...!!! pretty easy..!!!!!

so pretty much sense I don't have the cam angle sensor PLUG just the wires. I would just wire it up to the blue to white wires. I get the Crank sensor part I just wasn't sure about the cam angle sesor part.

Is that all I have to do? do I need to swap plugs or run a wire to the ecu??

what I'm trying to say is I don't have the cas plug. I just have the 3 wires coming off the harness.

Are you using an EPROM? If so and this is the first time, you have to switch the plugs as the EPROM sends the signals to the coils in reverse.
