how do i crush a 1gen stock blow off valve? can anyone tell me step by step and what do i need. and pics

That seems to be the same mod that Dejon tool does. I have used my crushed 1G BOV with this mod to no ill effect. I currently have a HKS BOV recirculated installed.

To sum it up. Take the bov put it in a vise( I placed two pieces of wood one on each side of the bov.) Then just tighten untill the nipple is touching the lower piece. DON'T USE A HAMMER, it won't crush evenly.

Some think the Dodge mod is safer, plus adjustable. As far as which one holds more, I would imagine that there is only a certian limit that each one will hold due to the BOV itself, not the mod. So esentially they could hold the same amount of boost.

The DG mod by itself can hold more pressure while still maintaining a usable BOV. Dejon's BOV Leak Stop Kit, is basically the same as the DG mod, and has been tested to hold >30psi with very little leakage.
