how much horsepower can you have before you change your stock clutch

It somewhat depends how you drive, and don't expect it to hold for long once you start making some decent power.

Clutches hold torque, and horsepower comes from torque. I'd say 250 would be a rough esitmate, depends are the condition of the stocker really. ACT 2600 with a sprung disc is always a decent choice, grabs good and chatter is minimal.. Pedal feel is solid and a bit stiffer over stock of coarse.

i was just asking i have 265whp and needed a clutch fast so i just picked up a stock 1 i just need it to last for a month or two

lets just say i had my dsm for two weeks before it started slipping on me. so i went and bought ACT 2600 clutch unsprung 6 prung disk and fadanza aluminum flywheel.

DSM MOTO- when something brakes in your dsm it means UPGRADE TIME!!!!!

Drive it like a grandma than untill you get a good clutch is my suggestion
