1g auto cams?

a friend of mine said 1g auto cams are a little bigger than 1g manual trans cams and 2g cams is that true? if so is it worth actually doing the work to find some and put them in? like what kinda numbers are we talkin here

1g turbo cams are bigger that 2g turbo cams but I don't know about the 4g63 N/A cams.

im sure the 1g turbo cams are a lil bigger than the 2g turbo cams, but i dont think the 1g auto cams are bigger than manual cams, that wouldnt make alot of sense but stranger things have happened

i just looked on the brian crower web site and they posted that the 4g63 turbo cams are the same size in the 1st gen and 2nd gen turbo cars, i thought they were different,but i think the main differance in the 1st gen engines and 2nd gen turbo engines is mainly compression ratio, i think the 2nd gen has more compression, correct me if im wrong
