i picked up a 1999 rs a while back and since I've had it I've done a few things to it. Full exhaust system, new intake, strut bar, and racing seats. I'm just curious to see what suggestions y'all may have as to what I should do next? I'm eventually gonna put a turbo in it but I'd like to get some better handling out of it first, without breaking the bank.

If you want to improve handling check out some bracing options for under or inside the car. 2g's flex easily. Otherwise I would recommend checking out or upgrading your brakes. They are the most important part of the car. As for what to do next, check out the forums for an upgrade path. A lot of upgrades will be just as useful for your n/a as they are for a turbo car.

When you say upgrade the brakes do you mean the pads? I was actually looking at some drilled and slotted rotors and a new master cylinder. As far as bracing goes I was looking at some sway bars for under but how would I brace from the inside? Would it be something like a roll cage?

If you have stock wheels and tires start there. The 70 side wall of the stock tires flex like crazy. From there get stiffer drop springs or go cool overs. There is a lot you can do before bracing, or a roll cage is really nessessary.

Also some nicer brake pads will go along way. With drilled and slotted rotors you will notice that the brake pads wear out a lot faster. Sure they look cool as hell but unless your racing the car there is no need for rotors like that.
