1997 GST compression results

me and my bud godzilla gst checked his compression in his nely acquired gst. results were:
cylinder 1: 190
cylinder 2: 185
cylinder 3: 185
cylinder 4: 190

compression test was performed after the car had reached normal operating temperature. ok, my question is what are normal results . every post i see has different numbers

Those are a tad higher than what i normally see on a 2g engine, but it appears to be strong.

Is it a stock motor?
I had a compression test done on a 9:1 compression Wiseco motor that resulted in 185 psi across all 4.
It is a tad higher than stock compression levels though

Alright cool. Yeah, as far as we know its the stock motor , odometer reads 173xxx . So who knows

The normal psi for the cylinders is 180 for gsT and gsx. I wonder why yours is higher than what it should be. I just did a head re build and mine read 180 across. I would look into it to make sure something's not wrong. Just my opinion. Hope all is ok though.

Not every compression guage is dead on you could easily give or take 10-15psi from one guage to another, try it yourself.

Before I did my head rebuild mine read 180, 0, 170, 165-170. Now all at 180.
