I have a 1995 Eclipse GSX with Infinity sound package and bought a new stereo. The old one was aftermarket and it seems a new connection was wired in. I have no clue what I need to do to adapt one of the old harnesses to the new one. It’s a pioneer DMH 1800nex. If anyone could direct me on what to do that would be great, I’ll give whatever info is needed.

I think I am trying to adapt the NEW one to I believe any of the OLD ones.
Thanks

If yours has the infinity factory amp setup this is the harness you need. If they already had an aftermarket radio installed all of this should be in there if nothing was cut. This would plug into the harness of your first picture and then you just wire it to your aftermarket radio harness, assuming your last picture.

None of your pictures are really making any sense to me

If you have an infinity system the wires going to the amp come from behind the radio area and tuck under the carpet and go directly to the passengers seat.

With the center console out and the passengers side console trim panel removed you should see a bundle of wires going down and you can feel the harness go down under the carpet to under the passengers seat. You should be able to feel the wiring under the passengers seat and feel back under the carpet to feel where it comes out of the carpet.

What “stereo wiring adapter kit” are you using to convert the pioneer harness to the factory 95-99 eclipse radio plug. You have to wire the pioneer plug to the adapter harness to make it plug directly into the Mitsubishi plug

I just made my own, it now it works but my door speakers don’t work and tweeters won’t unless door ones work. But the rear work perfectly.

Ah ok, then the easiest answer for your problem is just to run new wires from the radio to the front door speakers. The tweeters won’t work but if you still have original tweeters they most likely didn’t work or were blown already
